I'm a multidisciplinary, award-winning creative executive with more than 26 years of experience building brands, leading creative organizations, and helping companies grow through culture, storytelling, and design. Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of creativity and business strategy, developing brand platforms, campaigns, products, and experiences that drive growth, create cultural relevance, and build long-term brand equity.
Today, I serve as Global Brand Creative Director at HOKA, where I lead the brand's global creative vision across marketing, retail, experiential, digital, and product storytelling. During a period of rapid international growth, I oversee multidisciplinary teams, agency partners, and global productions while aligning creative strategy with business objectives across markets and consumer touchpoints.
Previously, I founded Adam&Co., a boutique creative consultancy that spent fifteen years helping global brands, startups, cultural institutions, and pop icons define and refine who they are and how they show up in the world. Working closely with founders, executive leadership teams, and investors, I advised on brand positioning, identity systems, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. I had the opportunity to partner with organizations and individuals including Nike, Converse, Puma, Absolut Vodka, ESPN, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Harvard, MIT among many others.
About
Earlier in my career, I helped build one of the beauty industry's earliest cross-brand e-commerce platforms for Estée Lauder while at Razorfish before joining Arnold Worldwide, where I spent six years helping grow the agency's design practice and leading branding, packaging, retail, and experiential initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Throughout my career, I've also collaborated with many of the world's leading advertising agencies, brand consultancies, and design firms, integrating with their teams to help shape campaigns, identities, products, and experiences.
Outside of my professional work, I've always maintained an active creative practice. My artwork has been exhibited in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. I've taught design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, served as a board advisor to AIGA Boston, and co-founded two independent publications: Lemon Magazine and Wednesday Magazine, an annual exploration of art, fashion, music, architecture, and contemporary culture.
I'm also the co-author of the Dear Books series which include the titles Dear Graduate, Dear Love, and Dear Newlyweds, created with my partner Charles McEnerney and published by Clarkson Potter, an imprint of Penguin Random House.

Helped to establish a new design department within Arnold, servicing all of the agencies traditional advertising clients with brand and design-related needs such as identities, packaging, event branding and collateral. Spearheaded design for clients including the Truth campaign, Celebrity Cruises, Ocean Spray and Citizen’s Bank, led design for the agencies new business efforts, and led the redesign of the agencies first rebrand in decades.

Co-led the development of Estée Lauder’s first-ever online cross-brand shopping destination, gloss.com. We partnered with each brand within the portfolio (Estée Lauder, Mac Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Origins, Clinique) to establish their unique presence within the platform, while creating an all new digital experience for their customers.
