Adam Larson

Founder, Creative Director

 

Prior to opening Adam&Co., Adam spent 10 years working for the leading design and advertising firms in the New England area. Having gained experience working across disciplines with some of the world’s most respected brands, in 2007 he set out to establish his own boutique brand design studio. He started Adam&Co. with the intent of working closely with brands, individuals, institutions and initiatives to provide world-class creative work.

 

He’s known best for being able to distill complex brand messages into simple, communicable ideas without being limited to a singular style. His work has been featured in several international art & design books and magazines, and has received numerous awards within the fields of advertising and design. He lives and works in Boston, MA.

Allison Waters Doherty
Partner, Executive Producer

 

Allison brings 22+ years of Global Brand Creative Management and Agency Operations experience. She left her role as EVP, Director of Global Operations at Arnold Worldwide in April of 2017 to join forces with Adam; a move the two had talked about since they first worked together a decade ago. Her experience on both the client and agency side has allowed her to gain insights into best practices and creative strategies across several categories including lifestyle, luxury, automotive, pharma, spirits and CPG to name a few.

 

During her tenure at Arnold, she played many roles including managing Arnold’s Design Group, where she lead a group of 22 award-winning Designers. She then served as the strategic partner to the Global Chief Creative Officer, helping to define and implement strategies for creative talent, project management and operations across the network. She established and implemented several new capabilities including an in-house Content Production Studio, Creative Technology Lab, and Experience Design group, resulting in new revenue streams that significantly increased the agency’s financial performance.

 

 

 

As EVP, Director of Global Operations, she managed 200+ people within the creative department and project management across both the Boston and New York offices.

 

Now at Adam&Co., Allison manages our portfolio of business, is responsible for managing and growing the studio, and serves as a strategic creative partner to Adam across all projects.
